Twin Skies has a giant gameplay area--TWO worlds, which means more disasters, friends, enemies, meteors and monsters!
Four Farms
The Four Farms was founded on the idea of helping the others around you. It is named the Four Farms because it is indeed made up of four farms; the Orchard, Oxbow Farm, Tuber Meadows and the Fourth Farm.

But something has changed and the Four Farms are not overrun with Impits and other horrible creatures. Villagers are leaving the land left and right; fearing that some type of curse has taken over the land!

There was a time when Four Farms was a thriving and peaceful community, back when the Fourth Farm actually had a proper name. Not that anyone talks about it anymore, though. Ever since the farm in question vanished in a flash of light, leaving behind nothing but a charred crater, it's been considered bad luck to discuss it.

Munching Grounds
The Munching Grounds did not always look this horrible--at one time it was inhabited by Canopy Elf ranchers. Until one night while the elves were sleeping they heard a giant CRASH; Only to wake up the next morning to witness slimy grubs munching away at the land!

The flowers have been drowned out by slime, the grubs are eating all the berries, grass and everything in between, and misplaced packs of snapping daisies are now terrorizing the fields. Most of the elves have been forced to move out and leave the chewed remains of their homes behind. There are few ranchers that haven't left yet, and with a bit of help from Petiole, they're doing their best to put up a fight. Though they're beginning to wonder if there will be anything left to fight for soon.

Shoal
Shoal used to be a thriving fish village. The locals made their living catching fish, selling fish, and drawing in tourists to see the fish. Then one night the land was attacked by a giant fish-shaped meteor, which released flying fish with sharp teeth and gave an unpleasant electrical discharge!

A few of the humans were given a message from the meteor itself: it proclaimed its name to be Calagat'cha, and henceforth, fishing would be forbidden in Shoal, under penalty of fish-induced electrocution. The villagers were a bit annoyed by this, but they decided to try producing another kind of food. Now they have fogu to eat, though many would rather risk being electrocuted than try some of the awful stuff.
